Terms of Service

Welcome to Tattoo Generator, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and Tattoo Generator ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Tattoo Generator application and services.

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Tattoo Generator, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use Tattoo Generator.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tattoo Generator. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Tattoo Generator allows you to generate tattoo designs and related imagery based on textual inputs and images you provide, using AI technology. You agree to use Tattoo Generator only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Tattoo Generator. Subject to these ToS, you may use the designs you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including bringing them to a tattoo artist, your business, products and client work.

You are solely responsible for the text inputs and images you use to generate designs and any content you create, share, or display on or through Tattoo Generator. You must only upload photos and images that you own or have the right to use.

You must not use Tattoo Generator to create, share, or display:

• Illegal or unlawful content.
• Infringing content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
• Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.

Tattoo Generator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these ToS.

For any images/content you generate using our services, you retain full ownership to the maximum extent permitted by law. However, there are a few caveats:

• Your ownership rights are limited by the terms of this Agreement.
• The rights of any third parties may also affect your ownership.

By using the Services, you grant to Tattoo Generator, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute text prompts/images you input into the services, or images produced by the service at your direction. The license granted to Tattoo Generator remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

Paid features are powered by credits. Each monthly subscription renewal resets your subscription credit balance to your plan's full allowance. When your subscription ends, remaining subscription credits expire, while any credits purchased separately stay on your account. Generations that fail after processing has begun are generally not refunded, as compute costs are incurred.

Your use of Tattoo Generator is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.

Designs generated by Tattoo Generator are visual references only. Tattoo Generator does not provide medical, dermatological or professional tattooing advice. Always consult a licensed tattoo artist before getting tattooed.

Tattoo Generator and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Tattoo Generator reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new ToS on the service.

Tattoo Generator may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these ToS.

These ToS shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tattoo Generator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
